The best way to stay nourished is by eating a healthy diet and there are many tools on the Internet that help you analyze your diet to see if you are meeting your nutritional needs.
My favorite is Cronometer. I personally consider it one of the most useful and powerful apps I use in my day to day life. It has been absolutely essential in helping me stay nourished on a strict low inflammation diet.

The best way to get started is to create an account then you can start building your diet and save your work. Once you get started you can copy entries from previous days to the current day to facilitate fast entry.
It is not necessary to keep a daily tally of your dietary intake although that is how it is set up. You can use it to analyze a single food like an apple or an entire meal.
You can enter supplements too to give a more complete nutritional analysis.
