Some important things to note:

  • I believe that if I had considered The Great Assumption and asked The Great Question then my health and life would have been radically different.
  • At no time since the onset of The Great Inflammation did I intend to find a simply natural solution for the health problems I was experiencing. I simply wanted to get to a place where my health was good enough to consider medical solutions. As I unwound what the failure of The Great Assumption did to me it eliminated the need for medical solutions.
  • I am not advocating a strictly non-medical approach to health. I am advocating the inclusion of the patient's microbiome in any health plan.
  • It took me years to figure out the root of the inflammation that caused my ill health. By using the information in this wiki I could have compressed the timeline to days, weeks and months. Not years and not more than a decade of health and life disruption that I experienced.
  • When I realized the The Great Assumption had failed me I realized that I could make better and more educated assumptions about my health than a doctor could.
  • I am not selling anything here. No cookies, I am not tracking anybody here. The purpose of this wiki is strictly to share the knowledge I have collected about approaching good health from a microbiome perspective.
